The life of a psychic.

Many people ask me what it is like being a psychic, how do I live my life and do I see spirits around people when walking around? Also do I pick up information about people when socialising, shopping or just speaking to others about everyday things? Or they may ask me “what am I thinking now”? “Can you tell me the lotto numbers”?

People are sometimes nervous that I can read their minds, well to be honest I am not remotely interested in doing this and besides I am only given information about somebody else that is important for them or a need to know basis. Usually in a reading it is given as evidence or confirmation for the person and they get surprised if I tell them they are going on holiday, a new job is coming or there mum has just come to visit from overseas. Can I get the lotto numbers? Mmmmmmm no sorry I am not able to do this and if I was God and was that good I would be a very financially rich lady by now lol!

Generally my life is pretty normal like most people I enjoy the usual things such as time with friends, family, watching TV, movies, reading, going out for dinner, travel and all the things that most people enjoy.

However sometimes random things do happen to me from now and again. Like I am tapping away at my computer and I look up and see the spirit of a lady standing in front of me or I am doing my makeup and see and Indian Chief standing next to me, maybe I am getting my hair or nails done and a spirit starts talking to me. Sometimes when falling asleep at night I see flashes or people coming into my awareness and I know they have passed over. This does not happen all the time, just some of the time.

Once I woke up and saw a man in a coffin wearing a white shirt and blue tie and he told me his name so I told my husband who replied “it’s lovely being married to you waking up and you start telling me about some dead person in a coffin”. He then laughs as he understands. That morning the man’s sister came for a reading. Apparently it was his funeral that day, she affirmed it was indeed his name and he was wearing the clothes I described. So it is a relief when I have visions like this in my everyday life it is confirmed later. About once a week I have a visitation in the middle of the night from what I call “the angels”. An incredible sensation comes over me and I see the most amazing colours and hear beautiful music. When this occurs I wake my hubby up and tell him “the angels are here”. He just grunts saying “great” and goes off to sleep. My friend slept in the same room as me once and she wanted me to wake her up if they visited me, and of course they did. She could certainly sense something around us. It is never frightening just a beautiful experience.

Saying that my life is quite normal and routine. I don’t go around tuning into other people when I am not working, reading their minds or trying to pick up on spirits around them. An artist has a gift but is not painting all the time, an athlete may be a natural who trains to improve his ability, but they have down time too. Well it is the same with me, I love my psychic work but I also have a life outside of it and enjoy other parts of my life as well. Being psychic all the time would be very draining and it is important to also live in the real world and for this reason I work one day a week in my husband’s business and enjoy other fun activities along with socialising, talking about everyday things not just my spiritual or psychic stuff.

So living the life of a psychic is interesting and is intertwined with everyday living, however sometimes surprising things do happen and I often feel I am being both protected and guided. It is nice to feel I can send out protection, healing and love to my family, friends and the greater world. My psychic gift is a blessing to share with others for their higher good.
